I was running late for lunch so I was worried about eating first but once I tried the latte there was absolutely no espresso. Call back to tell them that it's just flavored milk and what's hung up on. I go to the Dunkin all the time leave a dollar tip every single time. But whenever I try to call back to rectify a problem for the first time I get hung up on
