Secondly, I cannot believe the unprofessionalism that this company allows the employees of the store to tape their card reader to a stick so that they could stick it out the window and put it in your car in the drive-through so they Can pressure you into leaving a tip for handing you a drink out the window…. Absolutely unacceptable.

I paid almost $6 for a coffee I can’t even drink. And no, I can’t just go back and get a new one. I have to go work a real job for the next 12 hours. I thought more than enough people would’ve complained about this by now. Has been happening for years, and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ll never return to any Dunkin’ ever again. HELLO STARBUCKS

The menu has plenty of options (hot/iced coffee, espresso drinks, donuts, breakfast sandwiches), and it’s easy to grab something on the go. My coffee was solid and the order came out quickly. It’s not a “craft coffee” place, but when you want a quick caffeine run at a decent price, it delivers.
