The person taking the order whom once I pulled around looked like either a manager or shift leader became very defensive saying that ‘I may get less product because everything is measured out’ and continued on this unnecessary banter saying I wouldn’t get more product. Extra product was never requested but he rudely assumed. I’ve requested light ice for years at multiple places, including other Dunkin’s and never had an issue. Customer service at this location seems obsolete.

Every single day there are swarms of bees outside and a shocking number of them inside the building, especially around the drink and straw area. While I’m trying to order or pick up my drink, bees are flying directly in my face and my children’s faces. This has been going on for months. Not days. Months. The employees are standing there trying to work with bees flying around them constantly. It feels unsafe and honestly negligent at this point. I spend a significant amount of money here because I enjoy this location, but no customer — or employee — should feel like they’re risking getting stung just to buy a drink. This needs to be addressed immediately
