I thought I had a review on this Dunkin from 5 or 6 years back, but it appears to be gone, likely it was contested. Spoilers, I would have rated their food as sub par, it's always bland or overcooked or both, and my wife consistently has to doctor her drinks as her first sip always gives her a sour face. Their service is ranges from ok to garbage, as I have been sworn at by one of their employees for asking if my food was ready after waiting an extended amount of time.
This review is essentially the same, except instead of being sworn at by employees, I was completely ignored and felt segregated against because of my gender.
Wife has a migraine so she sent me over. Got coffee in a sandwich for her. I walk in, see nothing on the mobile order rack, wait patiently. Cashier finishes with the only other customer in the building, doesn't acknowledge me and does whatever. Couple minutes later a pretty girl in a dress walks in, brushes past me, starts walking all round the counter looking for her order, despite the rack being empty.
Guy with fresh donuts walks up, puts them down, ignored me, speaks to her her, figures out she ordered to the wrong store, says they'll honor it, offers her a free donut, then goes back to stocking the donuts and ignores me. A VERY attractive woman walks in with a child, guy stops stocking donuts, acknowledges the woman, says something cutesty to the kid, ignores me, then goes back to donuts. Cashier comes back, gives the kid a pick of an Easter egg, doesn't take the woman's order, ignores me, and goes back to making drinks.
The cashier then gives the first woman (who didn't even order to the right store) her three massive drinks... Then Ignores me and the woman with the kid AGAIN. At this point it's been just over ten minutes. I take everything in stride and I'm patient, but not anymore. I do what the first woman did, and stick my head right over their counter and the cashier finally says something to me. I tell her I've been waiting for over 10 minutes on an online order, give the name and order number.
Our order was behind their counter the whole time. The entire time it was ready and I could have saved myself time, frustration and a headache. The headache came from the store music system that was blasting Christian rock at an upwards of 90 decibels. Yes, I had that much standing around time that I installed a decibel reader on my new phone, and sat with the reader open for most of the time. Song playing when I came in seemed even louder, probably 95db.
So yeah, this place is awful, and has been for years. But, it's one of the few coffee places nearby, and my wife likes Dunkin, and sends me to pick up orders for orders. She swears up and down the weekday crew is better than the weekend crew, but that hasn't been my experience going there any day.
Hard avoid. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
