  Love Dunkin Donuts coffee. My husband I buy it at the grocery store make it every morning. And when we are out running errands. After we drank the last of our coffee we stop at Dunkin Donuts drive-thru for a large cup if their delicious coffee. It's sooo easy peasy.

  Don’t ask someone to speak up in the drive thru and then yell at them for “yelling” because you couldn’t hear them and kick them out of line. Freaking nuts

  Worst coffee from a Dunkin’ Donuts that I ever experienced service Sucks, don’t know how a manager can let half of the staff be there horrible management, horrible coffee, horrible food the food taste like cleaning supplies. And I genuinely don’t think that they change out their coffee Or clean at the end of the night.

  This DD was understaffed, busy drive thru so the inside ordering is neglected. The guy that took our order had a little difficulty. He made a hot decaf coffee instead of iced (which was on the label, so he took the order correctly). I asked for no wrap, just the bacon egg and cheese, as I'm gf and he was a little confused, but it was done, although the cheese was a little burnt (which actually gave it some more flavor). I had to ask for a fork and knife (you would think if there is no wrap), and he actually said you want both? Um, yeah. And I never got the hash browns so back up to ask for that. Annoying. The place was not cleaned up. They clearly needed more help.
