I walked into Cava during what I can only describe as a full-on personal crisis—phone dead, starving, and somehow holding up the entire line. Chaos.
Out of nowhere, Egypt steps in like it’s her origin story. She builds my bowl in seconds, calms the line, and then—like a literal hero—slips me EXTRA pita chips like it’s classified information.
I left fed, emotionally stable, and 100% convinced Egypt didn’t just make my food… she saved my life.
Food is good, but they’re often out of basic ingredients like rice or garlic sauce, which is frustrating. Service is also lacking—on multiple visits, only one employee was handling the entire line instead of having staff at each station, which really slows things down. It seems like to-go orders take priority and pull staff away from helping in-store customers. Overall, decent food, but the service and organization could definitely be improved.
See the picture—there’s a line of customers waiting for bowls to be assembled, but no one is present to actually make the bowls, and the line just keeps growing while people are still waiting to be served. Overall, decent food, but the service and organization could definitely be improved. All of this while you hear staff discussing who’s going on break. It seems if someone when on break there would be no one to serve customers at all. This occurs almost every time I have came.
This place is impeccably clean! Came here in the morning and ordered a bowl! I was services by Gabby and a young man with beautiful chocolate skin but I didn't get his name. They were north so friendly and courteous.
Ended up coming in again less than an hour later to get another bowl to save for my dinner. Was services by Gabby. They're was a long line and she had that line moving!
I am a huge fan. I will be back ❤️

so unprofessional. Cava is very inconsistent, I come in all the time and let me tell you the portions get smaller each time. The people that are working today are miserable they have people up there who don’t know anything about the menu. I usually see Gabby and she is so sweet and out going. She keeps a smile and the energy booming but today I’ve gotten straight attitude and no pita bread. Everyday is a new day but I’m not getting what i’m paying for and something needs to change. Thank you Amber for checking me out and being understanding.

This place has so much potential and falls short in almost every aspect
To start, a lot of the staff seem quite miserable. Now dealing with the general public isn't easy, but not all customers are the same. The first girl behind the counter doesn't seem to have a clue about the menu she's serving, and always seems to have an attitude.
Its extremely inconsistent with the temperature of the food which has been cold more than hot, something that certainly would not pass health inspection.
The portions are absolutely atrocious, especially for the price point. To create your own bowl, they give you a tiny scoop of rice and a tiny scoop of chicken, half of what you'd get from chipotle, and then you can add things like roasted vegetables for another $3.95, or half an avocado which has zero prep for $3.00.
I don't mind paying for good food, but this place is just a straight rip off.
Sometimes they offer the complimentary pita bread, sometimes they don't. Again, the girl behind the counter has ZERO CLUE on what she is doing or serving.
Its a shame because this place could give Chipotle a total run for their money, but because they don't train their staff or hire well, the place is a total flop with a ridiculous price tag.
I ended up paying $32.00 for 2 bowls, no extras, no drinks, no pita bread. I was shook!!!
Save your time and go elsewhere because when mobile orders start rolling in, or more than 2 people are in line, the wait is absolutely atrocious. This place will not survive unless they turn it around, i can promise that.
