AWFUL! So rude, he said “why are you being so difficult” and talking to us like we didn’t know how a drive thru or ordering works. Mind you we were very clear with our order. Definitely needs more practice with professionalism.

Inside closed due to remodel. Outside really dirty. French fries cooked in old oil. Hamburger smelled weird. I should have left before I ordered based on outside and inside appearances.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in my entire life. I used to be a Wendy’s employee years ago so I know bad when I see it. The service was 0/5 stars. I ordered a number 1, they uncharged a double cheeseburger without me asking. They forced me to buy a large chili when I wanted a small and a large drink when I wanted a small combo. Upcharge, upcharge, for horrible tasting food. Guy serving my food had a thick long beard hovering over my food as if I wanted that taste while eating. I live a block away and will drive further to find another Wendy’s next time
