- MAMark AJun 3, 20251.0I order a takeout order online from the wrong location. I tried contacting the Oakland Park location from the phone number provided, and the number is no good. Then I went online to contact customer service, it only says "to obtain a gift card or get a loyalty balance, go to subway.com" and then disconnects. The customer service online portal only gives options about food, no where to request an order cancellation, refund option, or a number to speak with anyone. I find this process ridiculous. An organization as large as subway should certainly give customers an option to speak with a customer service represent. As expensive as the food is, they should be able to afford a customer service call center. So now, I have paid for an order that I can not get refunded. I have hopes that at least these reviews are reviewed and I will get a reply from a manager that can help to assist me.
