When you pull up to the window to check, you see an employee counting money who doesn’t even acknowledge you. When service finally begins, there is no apology or even a simple “good morning.” On top of that, you always have to double-check your order because something is often missing, or the sandwich is not prepared the way it was requested.

It happens every once in a while and it's not the biggest problem in the world rather an inconvenience. What is the biggest problem in the world is that when I called the store I was going to turn around and go back but I could not get a hold of the store! The call went to a customer service line. It took me almost 15 minutes to accomplish what I needed to get done just to inform them that I had not gotten what I asked for. I don't believe we're in a time where we should have to count on a machine to sort out a problem that has to do with a specific location when it's such a simple resolution. Therefore I'm giving this low review not for the service because the people that are wonderful and nice the food is always good. I'm giving a bad review because if you do have a problem you can't call a human being, you get a machine to handle your situation which I think is just lazy cheap and uncalled for. I guess the hospitality business is no longer the hospitality business just a computerized food vending machine.
