    I just left from this store and I’m honestly very disappointed. I ordered the Pollo Triple with steak, chicken, plantains, and other sides but the food was terrible. My chicken only bones, steak taste like shit and omg the plantains was burned.. I’m a regular customer from pollo stores, so I know how it’s supposed to taste, and this was completely off. The staff were fighting around with each other instead of paying attention to customers, and the service was awful. My food wasn’t flavorful at all, and overall it was a bad experience. Very poor customer service and low quality today. i recommend Pollo Tropical, but not this location.
