  This location is constantly out of flavors & donuts. This holiday season they have no decorations, no holiday buckets, they ran out of holiday syrups & donuts, saying "they don't send us any." It's a sad place that has been neglected by the franchise owner. It still gets the job done, but don't go looking for anything specific & don't be in a rush

  Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The employee working refused to give their name and had the nerve to call my fiancé names and openly make fun of him right in front of everyone. Who does that? It was disgusting, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. And honestly, the manager is just as terrible. Instead of correcting the situation, they acted annoyed and dismissed the whole thing like customers being insulted is normal. If that’s how the manager behaves, no wonder the staff feels comfortable talking to people like garbage. This location clearly has zero standards, zero accountability, and zero customer service. If you value basic respect, avoid this place at all costs. Dunkin corporate seriously needs to step in because this is beyond unacceptable.

  This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in. The customer service is horrible. It takes forever to receive your food. They constantly make mistakes on the order and they just don’t care about the customer there.

  🚨‼️Legit the WORST customer service I EVER receive. They need better management. I am not sure who the manager is but I have asked to speak to the manager after one of the employees on multiple occasions has been beyond disrespectful to me and then calls me names and walks away in the middle of my order. It is the African American women - she won’t ever provide her name because I state I want to file a complaint about her. She cuts me off every time I try to order it’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am in the business myself - I worked at dunkin for 5 years it was my first job and it is appalling to see her behavior and not be welcoming. I decided to not go inside to experience her attitude I will go through the drive through and she is even WORSE! She yelled at me while I was ordering because she started to make my drink without letting me finish how I want it made and she blamed me for it… idk who trained her but she is a very mean women - also she yelled at me for asking for a certain donut called the taillight donut that a lot of Dunkin’s in SOFLO carry but that location doesn’t which is fine but she screamed at me to tell me no dunkin carries it… I will update this post with the dunkin I usually go to with a photo of it carrying it. I hope you can work on re training the staff because it is a great location but not worth the trip for the terrible service and experience.

  Usually, I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time ordering something and I say specifically what I want they always do whatever they want and when you ask just maybe for simple sugar, they are very disrespectful
