  We really like this food & smoothies. It would be nice if they would put in comfortable seating & not so cold in there to enjoy the food inside. The little metal chairs & tables just are not inviting. And it is so noisy with the blenders right up front. Just needs new restaurant design.

  I will never come here again. We told them my friend had a dairy allergy and they didn’t understand that there was dairy in white chocolate. Wanted to sub the white chocolate for banana but instead made the smoothie with no coconut and almost killed my friend. They were rude and inconsiderate and promised finishing there conversation with their coworkers over helping the line of costumers. We left the store and realized we were charged for 2 smoothies instead of one.

  Place was loud and messy, was trying to get a smoothie and a bowl and was told I couldn't add Nutella in the smoothie okay whatever sure cross contamination I get it But then I get told I can't even have it a little cup, I told them I would even pay for it and they were like no "that's only for our food items" and i thought that was absolutely ridiculous, cashier took phone call while taking our order manager was rude didn't even look at us just told her employee "No." Rudely infront of us and didn't acknowledge us, ive came this tropical smoothie for years and literally only a couple months ago I got the Nutella in a smoothie but the treatment I've gotten here today i don't think I'll be coming back to tropical smoothie again Edit: even more disappointed, the acia bowl my fiancee got had giant chucks of granola that chipper her tooth badly to the point we have to visit the dentist, I WILL not be going back here or any tropical smoothie location

  Terrible service and messed up order multiple times. Brianna was extremely rude. The first is supposed to be the same order as the second but it isn’t at all.

  We love tropical Smoothie but this location is awful. Briana was extremely rude when simply asked if our order was being made since people who ordered after us received their smoothies. Smoothies also very watered down, management should do some customer service training.
