  Just walked in 5 mins ago, tall blond lady took 20 mins to make 2 subs ahead of us. When it came to our turn, an online order began to print out. She told us she had to run those orders first. All 5 of them! Even though we arrived prior. We could wait another 39 minutes so we just left.

  Workers are super nice however it is not ok that they only have one employee working thru a rush! I ordered my food via app before I left the house, went grocery shopping then came to pick up - order said it would be done by 7 and my order is just now being completed at 8pm…. I allowed him to take care of the seven customers waiting in line. Went back into Publix just for the hell of it. The poor guy working I feel so bad for him. Stop treating your employees this way it is unacceptable and I’m pretty sure most people are not being that nice to him!!! Do better And I know you can afford to hire more employees, especially when the subs are no longer five dollars!!!

  There is a young lady named Selena that works there. Every time I go in there no matter what time of the day her attitude is the same. She is friendly and really excels at her job. She is down to earth and really cares about her customers. She is always busy but handles customers with the upmost respect and dignity and prioritizes the customers needs before the tasks. This young lady deserves to be recognized for her exceptional job performance. I look forward to eating lunch there because of her outstanding customer service. Give her a raise! -Robyn

  Ordered chicken teriyaki sub online to try for 1st time in 5+ yrs. Get there and numerous signs on door: no mayo, no steak, no onion, etc. I say ok, only missing onion! Nope! Get home, no sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. So, either out of that too and can't fathom to tell you online like other companies are able to or the employee can't read it the 3x it appears on the receipt/order form. On a related note, I ordered breakfast wraps online for 16 dollars from a nearby location this morning too....I got a 🙁 written on the bag that said sorry we're out of tomatoes. I'm out of the money that I paid for my food too.
