  20 minutes waiting for your food negates the fast food description. 2 managers on one shift. Outside is dirty. Inside is also dirty. Customer service was 6 employees standing around the fries ignoring customers. If you have to don't go to this location.

  I ordered a big mac meal and the burger came out cold, the fries were completely warm. I asked for it to be remade, and 10 minutes later, the exact same burger came out, again COLD. I had a poor experience with waiting for so long and disappointed with the burger.. would not come to this location here again.

  ordered a simple oreo mcflurry and got just ice cream and crumbs, no real mc flurry. what a waste of time and money for a simple cup of vanilla ice cream and 2 crumbs of oreo, i asked to mix it at least and was refused
