  Wish I could give no stars we spend probably $100 a week at this place for them to constantly forget to give us food and they’re only responses all you need to contact DoorDash well we didn’t use DoorDash to order it. We used Five Guys website to order so they need to get in contact with DoorDash or bring us the food that we ordered I regular I would never use this place. Then management is so unhelpful and careless if they have customers you’re not.

  Food was so greasy! Fries were soggy and burger too. Let alone paying $6 for fries and $12 for a cheeseburger. Should have went to Chili’s and got a 3 for me for $10. Very disappointing

  Great experience from start to finish. I heard about the BOGO burger promotion running March 9–12, so I downloaded the app and placed my order while still outside the restaurant. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready. The staff was pleasant, the tables were clean, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. And the fries… absolutely fantastic. Hot, fresh, and generous portions. Hard to say no to fries like that. I’ll definitely be back.

  Perhaps the worst experience we've ever had at 5 Guys. We placed our orders, luckily catching the cashiers mistake in time before he rung up our order. We corrected him and had a seat. My wife got up to go out to get a sweatshirt because it was so cold inside. I'm usually not one to get too cold, but man it was like a freezer in here, so we picked up our food and ate outside. Inside, the beverage machines were the older style, but both had issues with ice. One was empty, the other made weird grinding noises but spit out some ice. The French fries we ordered were only lukewarm dregs, leftovers, not fresh and hot the way they usually are. And, to top it off, the one trash receptacle by the side door was full to overflowing. The manager here should be ashamed. This was on a Tuesday evening between 6-7 pm and the place was not crowded at all.
