When I said something about it I heard the workers say they were out of bread bowls so instead of telling me that they pour the soup out and put the Mac and cheese over it. The atmosphere there was totally disrespectful we sat there listening to the crew talk down about a past employee with the manager right there joining in.

I sat in the drivethru line for over 15 minutes waiting, checked in at the order box stating I was there for my online order, so its not like the girl was unaware, she told me to pull forward. When the car in front of me pulled away from the window, instead of being handed my drink and an apology for the long wait I got to wait an additional 2 minutes and get asked to pay for the person behind me's order. When I informed the girl I was there for my online pickup she still had to pour my drink. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. Received drink at 3:10pm. Team desperately needs retraining. Hoping this actually gets to management staff, because this interaction was absolutely unacceptable. In the current economic climate it's unwise to keep staff members like this around, unless you're willing to put in the work and train them to do their jobs properly. An apology literally isn't asking for much, especially when I've been waiting for a drink for 15 minutes.
