  I ordered the new Chicken Asiago Roma Bagel Stack for pickup on Saturday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the advertised item — the promo shows a tall, neatly layered bagel sandwich, but mine was flat, messy, and the bagel was over‑toasted to the point of being burned. The difference is honestly unbelievable. I also customized my order by asking for the garlic aioli on the side and a side of Green Goddess dressing. They didn’t include the aioli at all, and the only thing in the bag was the Green Goddess dressing. No sauce on the sandwich, no sauce on the side, and the whole thing was thrown together with zero care. Panera used to have great quality, but it has gone downhill so much over the past couple of years. Even their turkey sandwich used to be real turkey, and now it’s just deli meat. Between the burnt bagel, the ignored customization, and the huge gap between the advertised product and what I actually received, this was a very disappointing visit.

  Really stepped up the quality it seems in 2026 as everything was great! Food was nice and fresh, not low quality like it's been in prior years recently.

  Second time in a row, we bought their French bread both times now they old we complained. They told us to heat it up once you can understand this happening twice. It’s something you’re doing down to save money third time had been heading to Publix
