Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes with nobody even saying as much as a hello Finally a kid walked in from outside and stood there staring at me without saying a word. When I spoke to a manager she was snippy and rude. Said if I didn’t like the service I should have used the kiosk. When I ask for a district manager I was told to call ft meyers and hung up on. Absolutely ridiculous

GO TO BURGER KING INSTEAD, BETTER MANAGEMENT.
"MANAGER" is rude and should be "FIRED". I placed a pick up order on the app, and paid online , and my wife went to pick it up with the code , and the Manager argued with her that my phone needed to be there when we always do pick up orders this way and never had a problem before this poor excuse of a manager. Even online it says the person picking it up just needs the code , now I have to call corporate for my money back. Ridiculous.

the cute guy with dark hair and tattoos who answered the speaker and called me hun after asking for my mobile order code, that also made my special/complicated frappe, did a great job and deserves a raise, he was killin it this morning
