I've never had an issue with the burgers or toppings. That would get 5 stars. However, it's the fries. Morning shift has never had an issue, this is specifically with 2nd shift, and one man. Management was kind enough to remake the fries after I showed them they were under done. I continued to watch this employee serve customers under done fries. Which is sad because I know how good they can be. After they were remade they were burnt. Almost black, and the employee continues failing in shaking his fries and cooking them for the right amount of time. I don't want to be that customer that complains, but I threw my fries away completely disappointed the manager didn't see the correction that was needed. If anyone spends $5 dollars on fries we want them to meet the five guys standard, this needs to be corrected because I shouldn't have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this issue because other stores train their employees properly.

Even after mentioning them 2x (once when we first filled our cups and sat down and once when we got our food half an hour later). It never got fixed so we drank flat soda. Wish they had unsweetened tea as a alternative, but they only had sweet.
