  At 20 minutes after we ordered drinks at the walk up counter, 2 people who had been waiting for theirs when we got there had to cancel their order so they could get to an appointment. We watched another person who ordered after us say her work told her she needed to cancel her order. Another 5 minutes later people before us were still waiting for their drinks. There are too many other options in the area to waste our time coming back here. Of the 12 people waiting when we left, we were #4 & #5 of 5 cancelled orders thus far. The person who took our order was very courteous professional and friendly, but the person next to her had headphones on, her phone in her face and was dancing. I observed her putting whipped cream on 2 drinks the whole time we were there.

  I am very disappointed in the service given at this location, especially when walking up to the window. Today I ordered ahead two drinks that we ALWAYS get. The app said it would be ready in 10 minutes ( 12:07) we arrive then and they say they’re “working on it”. 10 mins go by and we ask again, they said they’re haven’t started it. Not until 20 minutes AFTER the pickup time for my mobile order did they START making it. Then once handed the drinks they are wrong anyways, what is the point of mobile orders?

  Went here on my day off and I feel like I wasted so much time. I sat in line in the drive thru with my mobile order already placed and proceeded to sit for 29 minutes in line. Understandably there was about 10 cars in front of me... But none of the other coffee shops in the area have this problem. I also waited a while the other time I came by, but it was nowhere near this bad. There was one employee taking orders and she was faster than the ones making drinks. Thankfully our drink tasted good. But probably won't be back on a Thursday around 10:30. Or at a time that would be close to their peak.

  I ordered two coffees ahead for pick up to be done at 10:19. I didn’t get the first coffee until 10:21 and I was waiting for my second coffee until 10:40 when they finally told me that they didn’t start making that drink at all. mind you people who ordered AT the window and not ahead got their drinks before me. I would also like to mention the fact that i was taking my sister to work and she was 15 minutes late, so much for “ordering ahead”. I then had to ask the woman to cancel the other coffee since it wasn’t even being made. It is then the fact that they were telling me they were making my drinks when they were quite obviously not.

  We've been going since grand opening and I just got the chance to leave my review. I understand most food chains have issues during grand opening week. However, Dutch Bros did it right by bringing in some experienced staff members from other locations. We appreciate the commitment to make opening go smooth and sorry you had to leave your families during the holiday. Now that I got that out of the way. The first drink you should order of you're not sure what to get is the picture perfect blended. We've had several drinks like the Golden Eagle belnded, Holiday Cookie shake, Horchata Chai Latte, secret menu shakes, etc. If you order a lemonade understand it will be really sweet as is and will get sweeter with more shots. Next, shakes are always a good bet for those that are caffine sensitive. The only issue with product is hot coffee and when changing menu items with substitutes. At first hot coffee choices were not great and flavor combinations were lost. We did find one that was pretty good which wad the White Kocha Espresso. Next, we learned the hard way when ordering a menu item then changing an ingredient like protein milk or oak milk it changes the drink into a carburetor. This means you'll need to build it up in some cases the barista may not tell you. This may leave you with an unsweetened drink, remedied by having then add sweet syrup. The only other time we had a head scratch of an experience is when the barista asked us if we wanted ice with a shake. It was apparent they were new or nervous which leads me to encourage you to check your order. All in all this a great place very addicting once you have your go to drink. One last suggestion for corporate is to boost rewards for repeat customers to achieve complimentary drinks sooner.
