  Brianna and Chris saw me pull up to the drive thru in shambles after a disastrous first week of my new year. I was treated like a person the very first time since 2026 started. I will be letting everyone know how kind and compassionate the employees there. Best chocolate milkshake I’ve ever gotten.

  Honestly pretty comparable coffee to most shops. I love that it's a drive through for busy moms who can't get out of the car always. My reason for not giving 5 stars is they don't have physical menus so if you aren't sure what you want you are stuck guessing. Thankfully I had a pocket menu in my car from their opening but most people wouldn't. I get saving paper but having the workers carrying one each would be very helpful. I'm not sure I would come back because I don't want to scan my phone for a menu, I want one to look at. The music playing on their speakers is really awful too, swearing and not appropriate for my kids to hear or anyone for that matter. Employees are always very kind.

  PLEASE . Turn that speaker down so customers could hear baristas. No it's not adding any vibe. Yes we already like Dutch Bros very much. Most likely the music is for the employees cause songs are being switched all the time and if that is so why not put that speaker inside 🤷 And also I'm very happy your business is doing good , but when you are blocking one of the entries, set the cones in line of view to the DRIVE THRU sign and past the stop sign and the white line , because the customers making left turn from Tamiami cannot see the cones and have to then do some unnecessary maneuvers an a lot of the customers do through other businesses. Very annoying. Thank you

  Now the third time I’ve ordered a holiday cookie drink and it tastes nothing like it’s supposed to. Absolutely ridiculous to always order the same drink and it always taste different. Super disappointing considering how expensive these drinks are. If I wanted my coffee to taste different every time I ordered one I’d go to dunkin.

  So I get the whole concept of Dutch bros, new gen and kinda like a fun place to get coffee, I totally get that as someone who is a young person, but it gets to a point. The past couple of times I’ve been here the workers like to hang out and talk while I’ll I’m in the line and most times they sit outside and talk in groups and I’m waiting for them to come to me. Also, one time I saw the inside of the place and it was completely disgusting, trash everywhere, coffee spilled everywhere as well. I also noticed the workers were wearing sandals with no socks, which I thought was weird. They have spilt coffee on me at least 3 times and has never gave me napkins or anything. One time they spilt it on my car and didn’t say a word until I said something. Also, the music they play is really annoying and really loud too, and sometimes inappropriate. Compared to other coffee places in the area this one sucks and I do prefer other places due to their cleanness and customer service.
