I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered and my order wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgement at all from any employees. I stood there and watched as over a dozen people walked in and got orders filled immediately. When I asked about the order, the rude employee at the counter, Joanne, just pointed over to the empty pickup shelf and said “it’s over there”, completely brushing me off. When I FINALLY got my order they didn’t even have the donuts I had already paid for because they had already given them away to the people who came in after me and ordered on the spot, despite me already paying for my donuts long before I even arrived.

I had to leave work early because the employees can’t make a freaking drink right thank god it’s just intolerance and not an allergy
