  1 bartender at 7pm...do I need to say anything else. Brutal! This company has gone downhill since my college days!

  A group of us went for dinner. Average at best on all counts. Servings were not as generous as the appear in the pictures on the menu. Service was ok, but not stellar, especially considering they were not excessively busy. Atmosphere was ok, average. Not likely to hurry back soon!

  Music so loud and heavy rock i couldn't hear myself talking or my husband sitting across from me. Asked if they could turn it down --- NO. There were only about4 couples and 2 bar patrons in the whole place, music was a bad choice and to loud, I could see if it was full and evening time but it was 3 in the afternoon.

  I have to say this was the worst tasting food from a buffalo wild wings I've ever had. The nachos tasted like plastic, cheese was weird and old, chicken was dry. Then the fries lacked seasoning!!!! As for service it gets worse!! Me and my fiancee sat for a long time unattended with zero updates about our extremely long wait on the food! I asked to watch the Knicks on TV nearby and they put the game on a TV all the way by the entrance. I don't know if we were treated differently due to being an interracial couple with a baby but it was bad!!! Servers were selective to other tables and we definitely got timed out!!! What a disgrace can't find good quality restaurants it feels like these days

  Ariels a good server, all the others are terrible. If me and my friends go in late after work, we never have a problem if Ariels the closing server. If we go in late and theres someone else, we get terrible service or stopped. We got stopped the other day and they told us they’re not seating an hour and 15 minutes before close, which we know is a lie because when Ariels worked before she’s taken us at 11 on the dot, and another servers taken us even later before. We get it, it’s late, everyone wants to go home, but it’s the only place open, with decent food, after we’re done working. We’ve also had an instance where on a Saturday, where it says online they close at 1am, me and my friends got there at 11:00. At 11:45 we were told the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t order anything after we had ordered dinner. 2 minutes later our server stood at the end of the table with the checks after we had just gotten our food and handed them out. Then our server proceeded to stare at us until we got our money out and handed him the bills. After that we finished eating and were leaving, my friend forgot to order a dessert and asked if there was any possibility that we could, they were told no. Whatever, no big deal, until my friend goes to the bar to see someone they know and watched as their friend ordered the dessert they wanted. After being told he couldn’t because the kitchen was “closed” by our server. When we heard about it we sent a form to the manager because what a load of BS. If you ever find yourself there, ask for Ariel. The other servers need to take notes from her.
