    If you ever go, don’t order takeout. I had to wait 30 minutes even though my food was already sitting in their to-go station. The staff just looked at me and walked away. No one came over to help.

    Food average at best. Small portions and everything overpriced. No drink specials. Go to Applebees down the road for drink specials and better quality of food.

    I can't stress enough how bad this restaurant has gotten..used go all the time now it's horrible. POOR SERVICE,foods good IF it's hot,can be on the dirty side. It's what you would expect if a bunch of 16yearold kids opened a restaurant 🤨

    Was seated by a not so pleasant young man at a table on the "patio" by our request. He never smiled-never said someone will be with you-nothing! It took at least 15 minutes to get service and that was after we went to the bar and asked if anyone was working our table? Server who finally took our order was barely seen again until we asked for the bill. I think she may have been the food runner or barback or whtever?? The food was very good and there are no complaints about it. Service was just plain terrible. I noticed a sign on the door about the manager being a training manager. If this is the case, then he needs to reevaluate how he does his training!

    The absolute worst BWW franchise I’ve ever been to. Service couldn’t be any worse, the A/C hasn’t worked in weeks. The wait was long when it wasn’t even busy. The orders are messed up. You’re lucky to get your appetizer before your food. The servers just nope around and avoid your table. This place is just dreadful.
