    Went in on 4/23/26 at about 7pm. Stood in line just to be told there is no brown rice. Didn’t tell me when they expect rice to be ready. I guess there was no more brown rice. Should have had a sign at the door about running out of brown rice so I wouldn’t have waited in line. Also tables were all a mess. Maybe you need more staff to cook and clean and make sure you have all food available since you are in fact considered fast food.

    This is my favorite Chipotle location! I've had a nice experience every time I've gone there and everyone is great but Amalia is a shining star. I've been ordering food to go from here for at least well over a year and she always make sure that the order is perfect, no mistakes, and is ready on time, plus she always has a big smile and is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Amalia and the whole crew at the Northport Chipotle! Thank you for really showing up.

    Every time I come in and order, it’s always quick and seamless! The manager Amalia is always so sweet and kind to me and has gotten to the point where she recognizes me, greets me and knows my order. Overall an amazing team and store!

    Food hasn't been as good lately. Very salty and fatty meat. Husband has false teeth and had an issue chewing the meat.
