  Did on line order last night..Orderd kids meal and a trio platter and received half my food call the store and talked to Joe told him what happened and he says oh I see that they didn't give you the rest of your order I'm going to offer you $5 as a I'm sorry or come and get it and waste your time even though it's our fault disgusting BW3's service ever....Then he says just ask for Joe and I'll make sure I get you $5 off I'm just telling you whomever is Joe's manager that's not how you do things people have rights to tell you how they feel about your service but then you give them that sad customer service call Joe or let me know when you're here ridiculous.. food tastes like garbage everything was overdone that I received... Kids get nothing but I chicken tender who you guys should be better

  Walked in with a party and server was very rude from the get go. Not a smile on her face, but an angry look, took a while to come and order our drinks as well. Still was very rude while ordering our drinks, which then we waited 15 minutes on our drinks. We ordered our appetizers with the new deal that’s out, and waited 40 minutes for them to come out. In the mean time we needed refills, waiting for her to come and check on our table, of which I caught her doing nothing and even staring out of the window. Our food finally came with our appetizers when the food runner had to ask if we needed refills, and he did them for us quickly. Noticed she left shortly after, so no service the whole wait. The runner ended up taking over after all that time, when our table started to notice another worker walking around and cursing talking about how horrible his job is and they deserve more respect. I wish we had just the slightest of respect which we did not have, and all workers just seemed very angry and upset.

  Absolute dog food delivered from this place tonight. Boneless wings were about the size of a quarter, cold, and all breading. Definitely frozen fried trash. This is what $11.59 gets you at this place. One bite and right into the garbage. (Box is 4in by 4in for perspective)

  Buffalo Wild Wings owner or manger to be honest your BOH staff need to get it together. I worked in the food industry for many years I can tell when fries are being re-dropped in the fryer instead of cooking up a new batch. And you definitely need to start cleaning those sauce bowls every hour to spin our wings in them. You can taste when the sauce had been mix with old sauce and it making the wings taste horrible. My order last night was truly disappointing and lack of a cook skills.

  Stopped in on Saturday at 5:50pm to watch the tournament. The place is dead. Maybe a quarter full in the place for this time of day, Saturday, and ncaa tournament? There are maybe 3-4 people trying to manage tables while one is managing the bar. The bar person is also running food for the bar. Lady at the bar got her food after waiting an hour. Bartender took our order right away while person next to us was here before us and still didn’t have a drink or menu. After 15 minutes that same person still has not had a chance to order while at the bar?! I feel the issue may be they have too little staff to actually offer a good service. All of a sudden what appears to be a manager showed up to change a tv channel then disappeared again. The person next to me had a verbal outburst and left as he was never waited on. This is painful to watch. People all over the bar are upset. May be the last time in here. Very hard to watch this play out. Now 25 minutes since ordering a burger and salad… the burger just showed and we were told the chicken on the salad didn’t temp correctly so it’s going to be longer? Also if you see the vibe on the tv commercials, this is nowhere near it. They claim to be all about the tournament and advertise like crazy yet we have only one of the 2 games on in the entire place. There is wrestling, baseball and 1 tourney game. This is pitiful as you can’t even catch anyone to put on the second game. Don’t waste your time with BWW!
