  Store was only 3 miles away so it seemed sketchy, when I called to confirm with store that PBG Medical Center was in their delivery zone. The person who answered said they didn't know and left me on hold. I picked corporate delivery over Door Dash Big mistake. Order was for main hospital,confirmed room number as well as cell. Paid tip but and even had someone wait ahead of time at Hospital Security, so driver wouldn't have to wait for nurse to come to security desk. Long story short pizza never arrived. Called store told them I had someone waiting at security.First the MGR said driver dropped order off at ER, then changed story to dropped off at 2nd security station. I asked why the driver didn't call cell listed on order. Her reply was driver didn't speak much english, and she didn't know if they could read english. She said she was new and didn't know the name of the franchisee or office phone or address. Guessing with this kind of experience, probably got lucky, as the stores sales volume probably sucks and probably is NOT going through product quickly enough to have fresh ingredients or meaningful quality control. jmho

  Paid like $50 for extra ingredients on some large pizzas and it wasn’t extra

  The restaurant was very clean including the ladies room. The service was excellent and ordering was a breeze. The pizza was not only prepared in a timely manner but was perfectly cooked.
