My family and I stopped at Talkin’ Tacos for dinner. I ordered the Taco Trio with the Bang Bang Shrimp, Steak Al Pastor, and Birria Tacos with a side of Street Corn in a cup. My fiancé ordered the Southwest Chicken Tacos and the kids got chicken strips with fries.
The Taco Trio was good - I liked being able to choose the three that I wanted. I probably wouldn’t get the Bang Bang Shrimp again, and the steak on the Al Pastor was a little dry. My fiancé said the Southwest Chicken Tacos were the best he’s ever had, and I thought they were delicious too. The Street Corn in a Cup was tasty, but nothing to write home about.
The kids chicken strips were a fair portion and crispy hot fries.
The service was excellent and food came out quick. It’s very dark inside and I get the theme but again, very dark.
Free refills on lemonades(: overall a great place!!
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this burger. It’s expensive and has basically no flavor. You can taste the pickles, onions, and cheese just fine… but the meat? Awful. Completely bland. And let’s be real—the meat is the soul of a good burger. These burgers just have a cheap soul.

I’ll cut straight to it — Talkin Tacos in North Miami is the best Mexican food in Miami. Full stop. I went in expecting great tacos and left completely blown away. The tacos, burritos, and churros are on another level, and the variety on the menu is genuinely impressive — there’s something for everyone and then some, no matter what you’re in the mood for.
The space itself is massive and super comfortable — plenty of room, great vibe, the kind of place where you can actually settle in and enjoy yourself without feeling rushed or cramped.
But the real standout? Isaac. Our server was exceptional — incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. He checked in consistently throughout the meal without being overbearing, and his recommendations were spot on and clearly tailored to us, not just rattled off a script. The kind of service that makes a great meal unforgettable! Do yourself a favour and get there.

I had a late flight into Fort Lauderdale Airport last night. We didn’t make it out of the airport until almost 1:00am and we were famished!
We saw Talkin’ Tacos stayed open late until 2am and isn’t wasn’t too far from the airport.
The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and instructed on how to order which was convenient through their kiosk.
We ordered (2) drinks but we were so thirsty and they were so refreshing we didn’t have a chance to take a picture. We ordered a Mango Lemonade and Sunrise Punch my only critique is I wish the cups were bigger they were so good! The mango flavor in both was so fresh.
We also ordered a Quesabirria which was delicious but this Birria Pizza???!!! Hands down must try. The avocado cream on there really sets the flavor off 10/10. You can eat inside as well, the decor was beautiful. Talkin’ Tacos will forever be on my list of stops next time I’m in Miami.

A standout experience at Talkin' Tacos that exceeded expectations on every level. The birria ramen was nothing short of exceptional—rich, deeply flavorful, and seasoned with remarkable precision. Each bite delivered a perfect balance of savory depth and comforting warmth.
Equally impressive was the tomato basil chicken ramen, which offered a more refined, aromatic profile. The broth was luxuriously thick, velvety, and utterly indulgent—difficult to put down once you’ve started.
The street corn served as an ideal complement, creamy and well-executed, adding both texture and a subtle sweetness to round out the meal.
Portion sizes were generous, leaving us with leftovers—a welcome bonus that allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without overindulgence. In many ways, that restraint became “the hardest part.”
Highly recommended for those seeking bold flavors and thoughtfully crafted dishes. I will definitely be a returning.
