Only thing a homeless came to start talking back and forth to the staff, which police had to be called to get involved. A security guard is a must at this Pollo Tropical, multi people from the streets enter and they make the bathrooms their showers. This is deplorable for anyone who wants to eat inside

And the other "packong" while there are 30 people waiting. I csll the Manager to complain and she says "its the way it is, we Rae doing what we do" instead of coming out and helping the crew. Worst Management ! If I could leave negative stars I would.
