  Very dissatisfied, me and 2 of my family members. All three of our meals we're cold, my cousin's order was incorrect., how is it that the customer is ask what they like , and they received the opposite.

  I would like to take this moment to formally congratulate the North Miami Taco Bell team for being the best Taco Bell in the United States and quite possibly the entire world. Rain or shine. Midnight or late afternoon… you are always there with unwavering quality, consistency and kindness. After long shifts waiting on the tables of America’s privileged, when the drive-thru line stretches into the abyss, your calm voice through the intercom soothes my tired souls. It promises fresh, delicious bites at the window and somehow restores my faith in humanity one Crunchwrap at a time (shoutout to whoever was working the late night drive- thru last night- you deserve a raise). My only heartbreak is that the Quesorito was taken from us too soon… but that tragedy is corporate, not local. I do not blame you. North Miami Taco Bell team, your hard work does not go unnoticed. You are the unsung heroes of late-night civilization. ❤️🌮

  The guy on the drive thru doesn’t know what he is doing and the manager Ivette is the meanest manager I’ve encountered in my life. You gotta do a better job hiring educated and kind people.
