Staff need to be more attentive and greet guests quicker. No reason to ignore someone who’s been patiently standing at the window waiting to be greeted.

Via drive thru I could not understand the lady accent, and when I asked to repeat for the 3rd time, she screamed to me. When I asked why she screamed, she replied I have repeated 3 times. Is that the way she solves communication problems? I left!

That’s some crazy mess how ya just renovated these place and now look the inside it all mess up completely common guys please do a better job with the renovation that’s unacceptable to the community and to the people who live there
So unacceptable not only that this thing about to fall sooner or later believe it or not t try at me on that and if it do, just hope it don’t fall of someone head while seating down eating 🍽️ if you know what I me an 🤐
But yes that’s unacceptable really unacceptable
Last but not least I gave you the 3Stars because of something about those bathrooms doors that part is dope that’s a cool thing, if you know what I’m talking about good but that’s dope 🔥 love ya and please fix that ceiling thanks 🙏🏽

My name is Nathaly on 1/11/2025 I ordered on my mobile app since I was currently on my break which is only 30mins long. When arrived my mobile app said my food would be ready by 1:03pm but it was not so I waited in the park lot. At 1:30 I decide to go inside and ask what was going on with my order and they had no idea. At this point I ask for a refund because my break was completely over they told me I could not receive one. This is not ok my whole break was done and i was not even able to eat my meal. My order number was #1998 on 1/11/2025. I would like my refund back please.
