  This place is super gross. They served me old, bad smelling rice. The staff is not clean food all over the place. Customer service bottom tier.

  I am very disappointed in this chipotle!!!!! I usually go to this location because I like it here, Today night shift women employees were very rude for absolutely no reason. I get the workers work very hard and are extremely tired as they get long lines. Today was unacceptable you have a night shift employees grown adult women at 8:00 P.m no one was talking to her addressing her with any help or anything when I addressed her co worker over a mistake I made with my food the lady standing next to her made a nasty mean mugging face mind you I didn’t speak to her at all!!!! I wasn’t rude to her co worker just asked if she can fix my order because I made a mistake I didn’t think it was to much of a big deal especially for the facial expression that she made at me then proceeded to look at my minor daughter crazy. I didn’t disrespect either women for the grown women to make a face like she was going to do something to me this is ridiculous!!!!! I don’t know chipotle hires aggressive women go no women mind you, no cursing or yelling took place no derogatory remarks were expressed so I don’t understand that attitude never again ridiculous!!!!!!!

  In this place is so nasty all over table when you walk the food is all over table the trach is up to the top files all over where to service the food the canter is nasty they don't even clean up someone is going to get very slick here they need the closed this out I will never eat here they are very rude to the upper driver here. The sevise here is horrible and the lie very mush here has a upper I ask for food they always to almost done i wait up 10 to 15 minutes I ask is it done no someone pick up and never salid any this this is so sad because how nasty this place is need to be closed before some one get vell lie.

  The food quality has gone down. I use to love their steak. Now, it's cooked until it's dry and chewy. If you go after 4pm, expect super long wait times. One person may be on the line preparing meals and one on the register with 10 people in line. I almost forgot to mention that towards the end of 2025, the ice machine was broken for weeks, with no signage as you enter or on the ice machine. However, they'd tell you after you ordered your meal. Do BETTER Chipotle!
