  Absolutely love this place! The fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors always hit the spot, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Can't get enough of their amazing burritos and guac!

  Stopped by to pick up food a couple of weeks ago. Service was terrible. The girls were rude from the start. I was basically given leftovers that clearly didn’t look fresh. When I pointed it out, they acted like I was being difficult for even saying something about what I paid for. Instead of addressing it, the attitude was dismissive and rude. I’m in that plaza often, and this used to be my go-to spot, but unfortunately not going back to this location.

  My experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Aventura was one of the worst restaurant visits I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority, as the dining area looked neglected, tables were not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the restaurant felt dirty and uninviting. It is hard to enjoy a meal when the environment itself feels so poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the service was no better. The staff came across as unwelcoming, inattentive, and completely disengaged. There was no sense of hospitality, no urgency, and no effort to make customers feel valued. Simple requests felt like an inconvenience, and the overall attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Good customer service can make up for a lot, but that was completely absent here. The most disappointing part, however, was the food—especially the protein. The portions were shockingly small, far below what anyone would reasonably expect for the price. On top of that, the quality was terrible. The protein looked unappetizing, tasted dry, and seemed carelessly prepared. When the main ingredient of the meal is this poor in both quantity and quality, it ruins the entire experience. For a brand with such a strong reputation, this location was a huge letdown. Between the dirty atmosphere, terrible service, inattentive staff, and disappointing food, there was nothing positive about this visit. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and certain that I would not return. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location if they expect cleanliness, decent portions, or even basic customer care.

  I ordered here last Saturday as I was out doing my errands and it was the closest thing to me. Normally I avoid eating out as I know eating at home is cleaner and safer. It's been a while since I dined at a Chipotle and all those reasons came back with this visit. I ordered two steak bowls. The server scraped the remainder of the steak which was not enough for two bowls into two bowls. Steaks were dry bottom of the barrel. Again, I avoid eating out due to this, I hate to complain for service I deserve. I was speechless and open my mouth in disbelief and she tried to move to the next station and noticed my reaction. She said I'm going to the back to get more. Took one of the bowls with her and it came back the same. I looked at her and just proceeded to the next item to add to the bowl. At that point I was definitely done with Chipotle forever. I got home to eat my bowl in disappointment and was further disappointed. I found the label/sticker on my pepper. The sticker that the peppers are labeled with from the farm etc. I was so disgusted and immediately felt sick. I have pictures to prove it, right in my bowl. This has me thinking are these items even washed prior to putting them in the food? When washing do you not see the sticker to remove it? When cooking up the peppers was it not noticed to be removed? Just unsanitary. Save your gut and your money. Dine somewhere else.

  I love chipotle and it's definitely my comfort food, but this location brings down the experience , I've been here a couple of times and it's usually messy, I ordered queso blanco and had 2 chunks of meat in it. There is so much going on I worry about them speaking over the food. My most recent order was tortillas with queso blanco only, after waiting in line about 30min because there was a lot of people I paid $9.20 for a Large tortilla chip bag and queso, and when I opened the bag the tortillas were STALE, didn't take back, I'm officially done with this location. Would be awesome if they worked on improving service here though.
