I specifically ordered my bowl without granola and with certain modifications, and once again it wasn’t made as requested. At this point, it’s not just a one-time mistake—it feels like there’s a lack of attention to detail with customized orders. You got one guy with AirPods in, the lady at the cash register not asking whether it was a bowl or flatbread that I wanted. There’s an overall carelessness that I don’t appreciate. The food itself is good when it’s made correctly, which is why I keep coming back, but consistency matters—especially when customers are paying extra for add-ons and modifications. I’d really appreciate better quality control when preparing orders, especially for items with specific customizations. It would make a big difference in the overall experience.
