First couple times I came i couldn't use my app with rewards or coupons because they refuse to learn how to use the machine so they rather lie and tell me it don't work, then the guy tells me today there's no soup cause they don't make soup on Sundays. My husband has had countless issues because no one ever speaks English. I'm so over it. They are right next to my house but I have to drive all the way to skylake for actual service. It's ridiculous and it's been like this for years. They need training and ingles sin barreras.
