She received an incorrect order from their own delivery driver, and because of dietary restrictions, she couldn’t eat what was sent. Instead of correcting their mistake, the restaurant forced her to leave her home and return the incorrect order just to receive a refund. To make matters worse, they refused to replace the meal she originally ordered, and when she finally received it, it was ice cold. The manager, La’prinicia, handled the situation with complete unprofessionalism speaking with hostility rather than empathy. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business.

There must have been a technical issue with their Mobile order services because it seemed unavailable. The chips were hit or miss in this location due to most of them being undercooked or soft, lacking the most desired crunchiness. The chicken was also cold, thoroughly cooked but not the most enjoyable. The staff was very helpful at least. This is my first time trying this location since it’s the closest in the area. They really do provide quality food at a reasonable price. Not sure what went wrong today.
