- EEEstebanJan 19, 20261.0I will NEVER NEVER go back here again. On Saturday the 16th, I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the place was completely empty. I greeted the cashier, a young, short Latin girl, with “good morning,” and she completely ignored me. Instead of responding, she rudely gestured with her head for me to use the self-service ordering system, without saying a single word. While I was placing my order, she chose to help two other guests instead. After I finished ordering, I waited more than 15 minutes. When I went back to ask about my order, she again refused to speak and only used facial expressions to indicate that she didn’t have it. I showed her my receipt and order number, And my bank statement to prove the pay for,but she said she didn’t know anything about it and claimed she didn’t have the order. When I asked to speak to a manager, She said is no manager on duty at the moment And there’s nothing to do about it. This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I had paid a significant amount of money for an order for 15 people, and she showed zero interest in helping or resolving the issue. In the end, I wasted my time and money and had to leave and go to another place. This level of customer service is outrageous. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
