- BDB D4 days ago1.0😡😡I placed my order, but they gave me the wrong one and spoke to me in a scolding manner. To complete the remaining amount, I asked to return the donut and have the rest charged to my card and added to the coffee. However, the two female employees refunded the entire amount instead. This is the first time in my life I have encountered such rude and disrespectful employees. I will be reporting the details of this situation to Dunkin’ customer service. I would also like to say this to the employees: if you are unhappy with your job, please do not do it. There are people outside who are unemployed and would be willing to do this work. I hope this situation is corrected as soon as possible

I’ve never met people who were so miserable about doing their job. When I told one of the staff members (after laughing about me to her coworker making my bagel that they BURNT) that in the future she doesn’t have to be so rude, she yelled at me across the store, and the co worker she was making my food with walked out of the store to yell after me when I was walking away. -1000/5 stars
