As a loyal Dunkin’ customer, I was extremely disappointed by a recent experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager. I ordered a Box O’ Joe through the drive-thru and was kindly assisted by a young African-American female employee who said I could receive 2–3 extra cups. While waiting, another staff member brought the coffee but forgot the cups, cream, and sugar. He was polite and went back inside to get them. I also went in to remind them about the extra cups. While speaking to the staff member, a woman suddenly began yelling from across the store. She identified herself as the manager and continued shouting despite me calmly explaining there was no issue. I approached her to avoid a scene and asked for the extra cups. She rudely refused, citing “corporate policy,” even after the drive-thru employee confirmed it was okay. I offered to pay, but she still refused and remained hostile. She also appeared visibly sick, had poor oral hygiene (teeth appears decaying), and was handling food without PPE while shouting as she was fixing the donut case—raising serious health concerns. When I asked her name, she said “Nora,” though I’m not sure if its true - she is caucasion. After I said I would contact corporate, she and another employee laughed. This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Dunkin’ brand. The other staff were professional, respectful and kind, but the manager created a hostile and unsanitary environment. I urge Dunkin’ to investigate this matter.
