  Doughnuts & bagels were extremely fresh & well filled. Coffee was on point, orders filled accurately and quick, with the staff able to make a substitution without a mental meltdown, unlike several other locations. I wish I was in the area of this location more frequently as I miss having my Dunkin made right.

  I called 3 times in regards to a pick up order AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER! Same person picking the phone up kept hanging up on me!

  Horrible service provided by the woman with the short hair. She works mornings on weekdays. She is verbally abusive towards clients and talks back with an attitude. I usually spend around $30 weekly on coffee at this location, effective today I will not be returning. She cannot handle the volume of 5 people waiting on items that are not available on the mobile app. Going back to Starbucks. More expensive but the service is worth every penny.
