When I called, they told me they had to redo the order because it was delivered to the wrong location—like, what? No text, no call, no communication at all. I ended up driving there myself. Only one person was working—making pizzas and running the register. Whatever happened to having at least two people? Sheesh. I don’t blame her at all, but communication is still key. I’m not surprised this place has bad reviews. This Domino’s is a mess.

I walked in expecting the order to be ready because that’s what the app said, but it either went to someone else, they haven’t started yet, or even kept it for themselves. They had to redo it, and even then, I had to constantly speak up to get the order started. Heck, they couldn’t even remember if the pizza was in the oven at all, leading to a wait time of almost an hour. I almost had to wait even more for the garlic bites that were already done. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience before I walked out. I’m never coming to this Domino’s again because this is unacceptable. Absolutely horrendous service.
