  This location is terrible. They closes at 8pm per their business hours. Yet the consistently turn off their espresso and latte machine before 7pm. They are located right next to a hospital why do that when they know they always have customers. And it's always the younger staff that does this. Starbucks would never do something like this. The manager for this store needs to hire better staff.

  The young lady at the window this morning was very rude for no reason. I asked politely for some sugar and she acted as if asking her to do that, spoiled her day. Please if you can't be courteous, don't pick to do that type of job.

  They get mad and nasty if you dont reverse for them at the drive-thru.

  Ordered a small drink and was charged for a medium, when told I told the employee this was a mistake they told me they don’t make small drinks anymore 🤷‍♀️this happened twice at this same location. Ask for your receipt because they don’t give that either

  This Dunkin suck management suck and half of the employees don’t have no care in the world how they make your food and drinks and will get mad if you tell them it’s not right or it need to be made over But on the good side of all the bad that going on here they have two great works there by the name Joshua and Ben they go over and beyond to make sure you have great service. If you ask me, they do a better job than their manager with customer service just saying and there’s a young black girl always with a attitude beat you mad about your food the lady manager scared to run a place it like she let them do whatever
