  4/2/2026 my family and I went to this location to order from the drive thru. The attendant responded with Yea, go ahead with you order. We asked for a minute to look at the menu and he responded with yea. Ight ( alright). Mind you we notice the attitude the entire time. We started placing our order and every response was yea thats it. We said no, we placed 5 orders asked if he got everything? His response yea. Come up. My husband passed me the milkshake, right away you can see through the clear lid the chocolate milkshake was off. I opened it and there was three different shades of brown and runny. I asked to please take it off the bill. He says, I'll make you another one, and refill the machine. All the while attitude. He told us to pull on the other side of the pickup window, because of the timer on this side. We did so no argument. We waited and waited watched him refill the machine. Gave us a new one. Opened the lid looked fine. We got our order and the order was messed up, missing items. We had to place another order because Joshua Mr. Yea thats it! was busy rushing us to complete the order, missed a whole order and was extra annoyed that we asked for them to make it. We had to wait an additional 20 mins for the order to be made. Joshua and the other male were very unprofessional and rude. The girl that was on the girl only handed us the bag and they still forgot the drinks. We received our final order and left. I start drinking the milkshake and thought nothing of it until we got home and started feeling weird. My mouth and tummy were not feeling well and I got sick. I open the lid and poured it another glass and this evil jerk used the same milkshake from before and only poured the new batch on top. I recorded the pour from one cup to the next. We ended throwing out the entire order. That was very evil and nasty. This place, the workers are disgusting, rude, unprofessional, your messing with someone food. We were never rude. We gave no attitude. You had a male staff sitting on the tables outside on the phone on break or not giving dirty looks and then you guys are purposely tampering with people's food. I was so pissed. I started throwing up as the night went on and had tummy aches.The cameras need to be reviewed and everything that is posted here can 100% be verified. If you dont want to work stay home. These types of people who dont see their messed up and nasty ways, think they are in the right. The one time we decided to go out and try this place this happens. They need to be fired. There is no place on here for me to post the video of the clumps and the discoloration of the milkshake at the bottom. Horrible.
