  I would like to know why I had to patiently wait 25 minutes for (2) two kids meals while others just came in and got their food under (5) five minutes. There were no type of apologies nor showing any type of concerns or customer service, they definitely need NEW management because the woman who was the manager on duty was not helpful at all. So if the manager on duty is terrible with customer service, how do you think the regular employees will treat the customers? NEVER AGAIN. The location on Atlantic Blvd it’s a whole lot better and I get my food at least five minutes or under all the time!

  Order a medium or large fries and they never fill the fries all the way to the top sticking out like in the commercials. More like barely filled to the top, I never have this issue at other McDonald's, guess it's that bad for this location.

  Literally the only reason I gave a 2 star for service is because when I go in person the service is generally great. My boyfriend ordered Uber and the food came basically cold barley even luke warm. And didnt even taste fresh. We dont have the energy to go get a refund in person because we are now sick from the food. Within 5-10 minutes after we threw up and the only thing we can do now is leave a shitty review yall aint gonna read. You are paid to make food edible at the very least. Do better.
