- TTThe Thanks5 days ago1.0The delivery person extorted us for an extra tip, on top of what we gave on the app. The delivery instructions is to knock on the door, to leave it there, and the woman knocked so hard it woke our kids. Then demanded money and almost entered our house. I tried to remove the tip we gave online, but that’s impossible. The chat is AI only, and the person on the phone is not there to help. I just deleted their app. Never again.

They do not give refunds, they just block peoples numbers when you ask, even if you’re being respectful and kind. I don’t know what’s gotten into these workers but they need to be held accountable. If I could give zero stars I would. They gave my entire order to another person and when I requested a refund they blocked my number. I will be calling the store manager to hold all employees accountable
