  The whole point of ordering cookies 20 minutes ahead of time is that they take five minutes to make and I want to get in and out of your miserable restaurant as soon as possible, so why am I sitting in your lobby right now watching you prepare my order? Im the only one here.

  This location needs new management and people that actually want to work. My experience today was the worst out of all the bad times I have had at this location. When you walk in and go to the counter, no one actually acknowledges you, smiles, or even a hey I’ll be right with you! Noting!! They give you a not so welcoming eye contact for a sec and keep going! They didn’t acknowledge another customer that was there either, but they sure did acknowledge the manager’s (only lady I. A bright blue shirt) boyfriend when he walked in! They all said he is your man! He walked to the counter and they acknowledge him and when he was asking for her. They all said he calling you, which she came and he said something in her ear. Two minutes later a burger was provided to him. I wouldn’t have left this comment, but in the mist of all this unprofessionalism, they messed up on my simple order! Not sure what type of degree you need to follow steps that are placed in front of you on what to add or don’t add on a burger. It doesn’t seem like you need a rocket scientist to build a burger to a customers request. As you can see, even though I asked for no onions or Mac sauce as in allergic and guess what, they added it anyways! Following directions should be common sense when working anywhere!!

  Cold fries and then look at me with a nasty facial expression on her face. I asked for a recipt the young girl stands off to side of window ignoring me? But she can serve cold fries to customers throughs fries in mid air with a disgusting look on her face. Then she yells at me park on 2. If you don't like your job quiet. Don't be nasty to customers. Now its takes them 10 min to make a freash fry now my sandwich is cold. No name Mrs attitude we will call her on 12/13/25 at 12:46am. It is now 1:10am and im still waiting on freash fries.

  I ordered $8 worth of guava pies. They gave me all of them COLD! I always order guava pies and they’re typically super hot and fresh. it’s so annoying because I wanted to return them, but I was afraid they’d spit in my food. Never coming to this location again.
