  Literally the only reason I gave a 2 star for service is because when I go in person the service is generally great. My boyfriend ordered Uber and the food came basically cold barley even luke warm. And didnt even taste fresh. We dont have the energy to go get a refund in person because we are now sick from the food. Within 5-10 minutes after we threw up and the only thing we can do now is leave a shitty review yall aint gonna read. You are paid to make food edible at the very least. Do better.

  I will not be returning to this McDonald’s location after a very disturbing experience today. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and, after biting into the sandwich, discovered a hair in my food. I had to physically pull the hair out of my mouth, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was observing that no one in the food preparation area appeared to be wearing hairnets or proper hair restraints. Employees were walking around with uncovered hair, which raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. Finding hair in prepared food is a basic hygiene failure. This experience completely ruined my meal and left me questioning the standards being followed at this location. I believe this issue should be addressed immediately to prevent this from happening to other customers. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and appropriate corrective action being taken.

  1/21/26 horrible customer service by management. Order made through app condiments ordered Black female assistant manager/manager on refused to accommodate. Then proceeded to speak to me in unprofessional manner in front of other customers and employees and walked away. I did not expect this nor was it warranted. I did not engage her negative attitude towards me. This location has a habit of speaking and talking to their employees disrespectfully. This occasion the Caucasian in a red shirt/management told a male employee to “take a Percocet or Advil if he was not feeling well”. I have reported this incident and hopefully corporate takes action. It is more than being unprofessional to a paying customer but the disrespectfully talk to employees with customers in ear shot is unforgivable. McDonald’s you have to do better. The world is challenging enough without you putting people in a leadership position that don’t even show common courtesy to their employees much less paying customers.
