Printer machine does not have ink and the manager has not reported and fixed the problem. With this ongoing issue, people cannot see their orders in case of mix up or claim points.

By far the worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. Food sucks and service sucks worse. Prices went up and quality went down. We are no longer customers just commodity.

Has anyone ever been to a McDonald's in Okinawa Japan? The absolute best experience in a McDonald's you will ever have in your whole entire life!
You are genuinely welcomed upon entering the doorways, 99% of the staff smile and bow to you per Japanese custom.
I left Japan to follow a latina model studying to be a nurse in Charlotte NC. Gotta be one of my great regrets in life. I hated Charlotte to a certain degree but made awesome friends and memories.
Anyways, if management is listening if you can instill just a tiny fraction of good customer service to all staff that interacts with customers that would make my experience or anyone that appreciates good customer service great. My complaint is a young Haitian American boy said zero words as he passed the food over so I have no idea if I was done or not. We checked the order to confirm, looked back up and turned away to work on another order.
Also the parking lot has an island that two cars hit which made them go flying. I can see a potential accident there

Ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNugget through DoorDash/Uber Eats from McDonald's. Like most delivery orders, the bag was sealed by the restaurant, meaning the driver cannot verify the contents and has to trust that the employees packed the order correctly.
Sauce is included with nuggets and already factored into the price. Yet I received zero sauce. To make matters worse, if you ask for extra sauce “just to be safe,” they charge you, even though the standard sauce is already accounted for in the cost of the nuggets.
So let’s be clear:
I paid for nuggets with sauce
I received dry nuggets
The driver isn’t allowed to check
And the restaurant still wants to charge extra to fix their own mistake
This isn’t complicated. It’s a basic order. Nobody wants to eat dry chicken nuggets, and nobody should have to pay extra to receive what was already included. This is a simple example of careless order fulfillment and employees not doing the bare minimum before sealing a bag and sending it out.
If you can’t handle a standard nugget order correctly, you probably shouldn’t be offering delivery at all
