  Ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNugget through DoorDash/Uber Eats from McDonald's. Like most delivery orders, the bag was sealed by the restaurant, meaning the driver cannot verify the contents and has to trust that the employees packed the order correctly. Sauce is included with nuggets and already factored into the price. Yet I received zero sauce. To make matters worse, if you ask for extra sauce “just to be safe,” they charge you, even though the standard sauce is already accounted for in the cost of the nuggets. So let’s be clear: I paid for nuggets with sauce I received dry nuggets The driver isn’t allowed to check And the restaurant still wants to charge extra to fix their own mistake This isn’t complicated. It’s a basic order. Nobody wants to eat dry chicken nuggets, and nobody should have to pay extra to receive what was already included. This is a simple example of careless order fulfillment and employees not doing the bare minimum before sealing a bag and sending it out. If you can’t handle a standard nugget order correctly, you probably shouldn’t be offering delivery at all

  Better check order before leaving this place lol. I said if this unsweet tea? Guy said yes, and he looked like he was in charge. Drove two miles, tasted my tea it was packed with sugar!! I’m so sick of this shit! I avoid sugar in drinks because they put so much! After you get home basically you’re screwed bc you won’t be getting a refund.

  There was 2 bites taken out of my mcdouble cheeseburger, 1 of 2 of our burgers had two bites taken out of it.

  The employees are very nice with me, I stop by there every 4 ò 5 days to get my senior coffee :)
