I waited for 5 minutes at the register, no one acknowledged me. No greeting. No do you have a question. Nothing. I proceed to order on the one and only order yourself station they have. The workers are standing around acting like they can't help anyone. It isn't even busy. I'm a manager at Starbucks. It's so slow there's one guy making drinks and he has time to stand around but no one can ring us up at the register? Absolutely appalling. Whoever the store manager is doesn't care about the customer experience whatsoever because the workers were very confident in there leaning around staring but not acknowledging. Disgusting experience.
