  Count your days you guys gave me a water down dragon fruit strawberry green tea refresher ask for a new one with lemonade instead of putting it a in a new cup with new straw gave me the same cup and the straw that’s not sanitary smh I don’t know where your hands were at 🤦🏽‍♀️ very disappointed I just threw it away

  I had a coupon for a 99 cent ice cream and me my wife wanted to redeem because They set to expire march 31 of this year . This is march 29th at The of writing. the video you see is me asking them. Can I get service multiple times the pictures you see is the coupon for some reason beyond my control, I was denied the redemption of a valid coupon because of some issue that they had which was not my problem. It doesn’t say on that coupon only if they have the resources, they had the resources, but they refuse to honor my coupon while making a deal of it is because I come here every single day and I’ve been coming every since I got the coupons and even when I was there when the system wasn’t able to process coupons, they would still honor the coupon. I just had to give them the money which I did have I had the money . Btw my wife is disabled so the ice cream really makes her day .

  I am a DD lover so this is not an ideal review for me. I went in on a Saturday at 850 pm. I got 1 iced latte. There was 1 person at the counter ordering when I walked in. She was taking forever so I just ordered at self check out. Moments later she was done. I then stood around for 14 minutes waiting for my coffee. 3 employees were there. The one kid handling the BR ice cream side who did have some customers was ultimately who ended up making my coffee. So ty to him. The other 2 moved like molasses & seemed lost.

  This place always has my favorites on hand and the staff is very friendly. This is my go to place for ice cream pints since they always have exactly what I am looking for. Big thanks to Aaran and the team for always providing excellent customer service! Not to mention the manager here is amazing!

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a vanilla chai, and both drinks were terrible. The coffee tasted extremely watered down with almost no flavor, like it was mostly hot water. The vanilla chai was just as bad it tasted like plain hot water with barely any chai flavor at all. It honestly didn’t seem like either drink was made properly. When you’re paying for a drink, you expect basic quality. This was one of the worst Dunkin experiences I’ve had.
