- MJMichael Plouffe, Jr.Jan 1, 20261.0I'll never forget it Christmas of 20 at about 5:00 p.m. I walk in that door was unlocked during regular hours and as I walk in I noticed the manager who is just not a very nice person in general unfortunately literally start screaming at me to get the half out of that they're having a private Christmas party for the employees! I vowed to never go back again Nails being not only the holiday Christmas season do you think the DD store manager would have better delivery and better customer service skills this was like a week and a half before Christmas and I get it she was stressed out but she embarrassed me in front of a dozen people and should have locked the door or put signs up we're closed for employee Christmas party so for her to do that screaming at me, a regular customer in front of her co-workers not only I never going back there until yesterday it literally made me realize going to dunkin's Everyday to be treated like that so I don't really go to any so they've lost quite a bit of money and I'm saving money my point being is treat people how you want to be treated especially when you are the manager I can't imagine she's still there people like that don't last long in management in a leadership role, and it's about principle and I guarantee she never thought twice about it the ripple effect and what it cost other franchises especially the two primary ones I went to daily sometimes twice now I go once every couple months if that. I hope she realized probably the hard way that being that type of person doesn't get you very far and definitely catches up to after a while of being that awful to consistent daily customer 5 years later I still don't forget it

The woman who appears to be the manager is extremely rude and constantly talks down to her employees in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin again.
