  This Bravo is hit-or-miss.You might get lucky you might not.They do have good prices Espe.\n Cially on coffee and their services top-notch.

  I had a wonderful experience at this location. Gisel at the counter where you can find "croquetas" and "pasteles" was very serviceable, kind and had wonderful energy. The blonde woman that appears to be a manager but I'm not sure if she is ... (I did not catch her name) ... also was very kind and professional. I asked to speak to someone to praise Gisel's amazing service and that 2nd woman was who I was directed to speak with. She truly embodies everything you want in a manager. If she's not one then she should be. They both had a radiant smiles while they spoke with me and answered my questions with an energy that showed they were truly glad to help. It was a pleasure speaking with both of those kind and professional ladies. Their character and personality represent everything that you want when you go to a place business. They should include a tip feature at the register where Gisel works. I rarely carry cash and was unable to tip her properly for the level of great service she provided. Although Bravo had a lot of great product selections with great quality I will mostly return to Bravo because of both of those ladies and their amazing service
