  Food is good same quality as any other McDonald's. Employees are polite most of the time some need an attitude adjustment. Atmosphere is always comfortable inside.

  My husband and I went through the drive thru earlier today, and thought the speaker was broken, after calling out 3 times, with no response. So we proceeded to pull around the building to park, and order inside, when we saw another car in the drive thru, so we pulled up to the first window, to be greeted very disrespectfully by Nemo, who was working the window. Instead of greeting us, she rolled her eyes and immediately said she was "literally" about to get to us. So we asked if we could order there, and explained to her that we thought the speaker was broken because we were failed to be greeted. She proceeded to blame us, and say that we should have waited instead of pulling around to have our order taken. I've never seen such blatant irritation & awfulness towards another human being, let alone a customer, and to top it all off, she even got the order wrong. Terrible experience, maybe she was having a bad day, it happens, but you don't take that out on your customers.

  The food is usually good and made correctly, however… my family , my husband , and i have all had multiple negative experiences with an older black woman that seems to work morning shift regularly. She’s snippy , rude and generally unhelpful. She’s very quick to cut you off mid order, and just never has a positive attitude. i’ve lived here in Niceville over a year and she’s the only employee i’ve ever had a negative experience with consistently/ pretty much everytime she works the windows. i do understand working fast food is frustrating and people get stressed, but it’s to a point now where we’ve all stopped going in the morning time just to avoid interactions with her. occasionally she’s there during evening / nights as well but not as often as the morning. 99% of the time we all use the Mcdonalds app and just give our code at the speaker, but if she’s at the window shes still rude and snippy.
