- LLLeviFeb 8, 20261.0We’ve been to dozens of Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and this one was by far the worst. From the moment we pulled into the drive-through at around 8:00am, it was obvious the employee working did not want to be there. Responses were extremely short, there was no willingness to help or even say what was available, and the overall attitude made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. It was uncomfortable enough that I almost drove off without finishing the order — and honestly, I should have. When we received the donuts, the quality was just as bad as the service. They looked like they were made by a child. Frosting was minimal, uneven, and sloppily applied, with half the donut barely covered. It literally looked like someone quickly slapped it on with a butter knife and didn’t bother to fix it. Between the poor customer service and the awful presentation and quality of the donuts, this was easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience we’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location unless major improvements are made.
