  Bought 4 drinks and my account was double charged and no answer when you call their # nor no email response back to get this fixed. will change my review when the problem is resolved

  Service used to be great! Now… not so much. It seems like each time go, it’s a little worse than the time before. I sat in line yesterday for nearly 20 mins… finally get to the front and no one knows what I ordered. Didn’t even ask me, just ran around looking for a coffee. Finally came back to me and asked when what I had.. still couldn’t find it. All while toms of people are waiting behind me and the left lane is moving right along. Finally I just drove off. Sorry Starbucks for venturing off..

  I went 13 minutes before closing. I was only getting ONE, SMALL, drink and as soon as I pull up "Nick" says, "great timing. We close in 13 minutes." He says this in a rude tone and every time I say thank you he stares at me blankly. When he hands me my drink I say thank you and he just stares at me and says "bye bye now." He didn't say anything else and was completely rude. It'd be understandable to be rude if I was ordering a lot or maybe came 5 minutes before closing, but he was rude for no real reason. I only know his name because he's "tik tok famous" as @ hey Nicky on tik tok.

  Normally, I would go to Starbucks I was a faithful person at Starbucks when I work the early shift I would go by there and get my coffee. I went there so much they knew who I was when I came up to the drive-through so seven brew opened up somebody recommend me going there so I went there And I’m the type of person that I get the same thing all the time I know what I like and very seldom do I switch my drink. I’ve been drinking coffee for years. I know when my coffee is good and when it’s not good. So I went there and I ordered the type of coffee that I wanted a latte and every time I would pay for my drink, I always left a tip. I always do that because I know what it’s like because I used to be a waitress. I started going there all the time I stopped spending my money at Starbucks and I would always go to seven brew. I was going there for a good while and they would charge me $7.12 with a tip I was paying $7.64 I believe so I just went there couple days ago. I got the same drink that I normally would get but I wanted a caramel latte I get up to pay for it and they told me it was $6.12 I asked him did they come down on their prices and they said no so I asked them. Why have you been charging me $7.12 for over a month now or longer? They didn’t go get the Manager,. They pretty much laughed about it. I called their company. has called me back. I emailed them. Nobody has answered my email. They just don’t care. I don’t understand how Company can take and rip off people and they don’t care you would think have a faithful customer to your company and you got a complaint that you would do something about it that you would contact them back and you would want to take care of the situation it might not seem like a lot of money but nowadays it is a lot of money and I’m not gonna go there anymore. I don’t trust them because they just showed that they didn’t care by not contacting me back or making this situation right the teenager thought it was funny And a lot of these teenagers they have no respect for their elders they just don’t care and the company doesn’t care. They don’t wanna make things right I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, but if you wanna go, that’s your right to go, but you better watch how much they’re charging you and ask first because obviously they don’t care One day I get charged $7.12 And then the next day I get charged six dollars and some change I will never go there again they’re not getting any more of my hard earned working money. I wouldn’t give them a penny because they don’t care.
