  Pulled up all the way to the window, was ignored by the the staff member. Drive thru was packed with customers and the other staff member taking orders went to every car behind us. Drove off without ordering or anyone speaking to us. Its 12:45pm on a Sunday. Specific to Niceville location. Crestview would never. Do better.

  I just wanted to say that earlier this afternoon when I was on my way to work, Aija was super helpful with finding a drink I would like. The service was super fast and I would recommend this seven brew.

  I came in last night looking for a sweet treat and this cute girl was so helpful!! She helped me pick out just what I wanted and knew the menu so well! I see her all the time and I love her so much! Shout out to my girl Reese!!!

  I've always loved this coffee shop since it opened, but one time I had a 25 yuan gift card, and because their machine couldn't scan it when I bought coffee, they gave me a hot coffee and took my gift card away. That's incredibly unreasonable! It was the first time I used my card, and they said they couldn't scan it without giving me a reasonable explanation before taking it away. I'll never come back

  i just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with lilly. she was so sweet and friendly from the moment i pulled up. she had such a positive attitude and made me feel genuinely welcome. it’s not every day you meet someone who brings that much energy and kindness to their job. she was patient, helpful, and made sure my drink was perfect. you can tell she really cares about the customers. employees like her are the reason i’ll definitely keep coming back!
