- HDHailey D1 day ago1.0I placed an online order and when I got to the store they did not have the icecream that I paid for and did not know how to give me a refund. This is the second time they've been out of the icecream. The first time I ordered in the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me the icecream I ordered was out so I substituted. The icecream I received was freezer burn and very icy. Also the staff is disrespectful

Only one person working there and business measures wait time for drive-thru but doesn’t care about folks inside. Very rare for me to write a review but between waits and being out of stuff constantly….this place is just bad. Owner needs to pay for more than one employee to work on mid-day Saturday. I feel sorry for the nice girl working there.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
